Russian Citizens Database Is Now Online

Entire database of Russian citizens is not available on the internet, according to softodrom.ru. The database contains private information about citizens such as ID and driver license number, telephone number, address, real estate registry ownership details, vehicle and business information. It can be found at www.radarix.com and the domain is registered in Panama, on the name of some Manuel Carrera Lopez. The hosting is located in USA and it is unsure for how long would this website be available since it reveals personal details and obviously illegal.

At this moment the website is loading very slow and eventually shows an empty page.
